Meet the Team
Beau made the move to Costa Rica after vacationing and falling in love with the Pura Vida way of life. With more than 20 years in the construction industry in the United States, he brings this knowledge and experience to Costa Rica. After 13 years of living his dream in paradise and working to help clients achieve their dreams of doing the same, whether your project is a primary residence or an income property, he’s ready to help.
Manuel, born in Nicaragua, has been working in the construction industry in Costa Rica for over 30 years. With years of experience working on large projects for foreigners investing in Costa Rica, he understands the quality we expect. As the head Supervisor on-site, overseeing quality and keeping the jobs on schedule, he looks forward to delivering your dream project.
